1. The Promoter is Farmers Trading Company Limited (“Farmers”)

Conditions of Entry

1. To qualify for the competition, Farmers Club members must be subscribed to Farmers marketing emails before the end of the competition period, to automatically go into the draw for a chance to WIN 1 of 10 $500 Farmers Club vouchers.
2. Competition commences 12:01am Thursday 18th January and closes 11:59pm Wednesday 24th January 2024 (Competition Period).
3. Ways to subscribe to Farmers marketing emails:
1. Farmers Club members can scan the Farmers Club Shopping Spree Competition QR code available in store. This QR code will direct members to an online form where they can provide their Farmers Club email address to subscribe.
2. Farmers Club members can ask a store team member to update their email preferences in store.
3. Farmers Club members can also sign-in to their Farmers Club account online to access their ‘My Preferences’ to subscribe. Ensure that an email address has been provided and click save.
4. All Farmers Club members who are subscribed to Farmers marketing emails with valid email addresses prior to competition, are automatically awarded 1 entry into the draw when the competition closes, no further action is required.
5. Farmers Club members who subscribe to Farmers marketing emails during the competition period will be awarded an additional entry into the draw.
6. Only valid emails will qualify for the draw. If a Club member has subscribed and have not been receiving regular emails from Farmers, Club members can sign into their Farmers Club account online and check and update their Preference Centre to make sure that their details have been entered correctly.
7. By entering this competition, the Farmers Club member agrees to receiving Farmers Marketing Emails.
8. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure their Farmers Club details are current, as prize winners will be contacted using their available Farmers Club account information.

Prize and Prize Conditions

1. The Prize is Farmers Club vouchers worth $500. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
2. There are 10 prizes to be won. The vouchers will be loaded onto the winners’ Farmers Club accounts at the end of the competition period once all winners have been contacted and their details have been confirmed.
3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Where a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize (or part of that prize) with another prize of equal value and/or specification. The Promoter shall not be liable or responsible for any changes to the value or make up of products offered as the prize.
5. By accepting this prize, the winner consents to the Promoter and/or its affiliates and agencies using the winner's details, photographs and other material for reasonable promotional purposes including but not limited to in store notices, posters, emails, online marketing activity and press.
6. The Promoter will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage that may be sustained, directly or indirectly, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant or prize winner in connection with any product purchased for this competition or any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Prize Draw

1. The prize draw will take place before the 29th of January 2024 at Farmers Support Centre, 21 Laidlaw Way, East Tamaki, Auckland.
2. There will be 10 winners drawn.
3. Prize winners will be notified by phone and / or email from the details provided from the winners Farmers Club account with 2 working days of the draw.
4. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to the 31st of January 2024, the winner will forfeit the Prize and the Prize will be awarded to an alternative prize winner. The alternative prize will be contacted within 48 hours using the details provided from their Farmers Club account.
5. The prize winners will be published on the Promoters website farmers.co.nz/competitions after the completion of the draw.
6. All personal information will be collected and stored by Farmers in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. The winner has the right to access their personal information and request correction of any errors in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 by contacting Farmers.
7. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw competition at any time without notice.

Eligibility

1. The Competition is open to anyone who resides in New Zealand and is exclusive to Farmers Club members only.
2. The Promoter, its employees, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1. As entry into the prize draw is automatic, acceptance of the Prize is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Termination of Promotion

1. The Promoter may (subject to Government Regulations) vary the terms of, or terminate, this Competition at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person. The Promoter will not award the Prize if the Competition is terminated.

Decision Final

1. All decisions and actions of the Promoter relating to the competition and/or redemption of the Prize can be excised accordingly, the Promoters absolute discretion are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.

1. The Promoter is Farmers Trading Company Limited ("Farmers").

Conditions of Entry

2. To qualify for this competition, Farmers Club members must (in a single transaction) spend over $50 for 1 automatic entry, or over $100 for 3 automatic entries into the draw.
3. Maximum of 3 entries per day. Multiple entries are allowed on separate days.
4. The customer's Farmers Club card must be swiped, or be signed into Farmers Club account online, at the time of the transaction. Entries cannot be made after completion of the transaction.
5. The promotional period commences 12.01am, 21st March and ends 11.59pm, 3rd April 2024.
6. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure their Farmers Club details are current, prize winners will be contacted using their available Farmers Club account information.
7. The Promoter is not liable or responsible for any failure to record an entry into the prize draw.

Prize Draw

16. The prize draw will take place on the 5th of April 2024 at Farmers Support Centre, 21 Laidlaw Way, East Tamaki, Auckland.
17. 59 winners will be drawn, one per Farmers Store, including Farmers online e-store.
18. At the end of the competition period winners will be contacted via a phone call and the prize will be sent to the winners’ preferred store once all winners have been contacted and their details have been confirmed.
19. Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 working days of the draw.
20. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure their Farmers Club details are current, prize winners will be contacted using their available Farmers Club account information.
21. If a winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 2 working days of the prize draw, the prize will be redrawn at the Promoter's discretion.
22. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The winning Club member must present their Farmers Club details and corresponding proof of identification to claim the prize.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw competition at any time without notice.
25. Prize winners should allow up to 2 weeks for the prize to arrive.

Eligibility

26. The Promotion is open to anyone who resides in New Zealand and is exclusive to Farmers Club members only. All entrants under the age of 16 acknowledge the winning prize will be registered in the name of their parent or legal guardian.
27. The Promoter’s employees and their immediate families and the Promoter’s agencies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

28. As entry into the prize draw is automatic, acceptance of the prize is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
