Farmers is being misrepresented via a growing number of scam emails, Facebook pages, and websites targeting individuals with opportunities to win or receive Farmers gift cards or vouchers by:
Farmers is in no way associated with any of the above activities and will only use our official Facebook page to promote offers on Facebook. Farmers will never ask (by email, online or phone) for personal or banking details in unsolicited communications.
Remember, if the offer seems too good to be true or sounds suspicious, it probably is.
Farmers reports all known scams to Consumer Affairs and encourages customers to help eliminate these scams and protect others by also reporting your experience to Scamwatch.

In this Facebook scam, customers are told that they can buy a Vacuum cleaner for just $3 online. This post is not from Farmers, please do not engage with these posts. The account is setup to make it seem like it is Farmers but it is not. The link will not take you to the Farmers website. Those posting to say they have bought and received the vacuum will be part of the scam group.
